How do I get an API key?+
Create a free account at iploc.ai/register. Your first API key is generated automatically. You can create additional keys from the dashboard.
How do I connect the MCP server to my AI agent?+
Add the Iploc MCP server URL (https://api.iploc.ai/mcp) and your API key to your AI client's config file. Step-by-step guides are available for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf.
What is the response time for support?+
We aim to respond to support emails within 24 hours on business days. Check the docs and FAQ first — most questions are answered there.
Is there a free tier?+
Yes. The free tier includes 50,000 requests per month, 2,000 per day, and 50 tool credits. No credit card required. All geolocation fields are available on every plan.
How do I report a bug or data inaccuracy?+
Email [email protected] with the IP address and expected vs. actual results. Data corrections are reviewed and integrated into the next database update.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. Go to the Billing page in your dashboard to manage your subscription through Stripe. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
